POLICIES
DEPOSIT REQUIRED. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Cancellations after the time of booking & before 7 days prior to the service date can use the deposit to book any new service date.
Cancellations within 7 days of the service date must reschedule to a new date up to 14 days after the original service date. Otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
Same-Day cancellations and/or no call, no shows will result in a charge to the card on file for the FULL PRICE of the service.
There will be a $25 late fee assessed to all clients more than 15 minutes late for their appointment. Additionally no extra will be added to the end of the appointment.
Any shoot or service booked using a direct invoice is required to opt in to save a card on file. Failure to opt in will result in automatic cancellation of your desired appointment.
